Nadine Wahab, Communications Director

Nadine Wahab is the Communications Director of the Rights Working Group.

Before joining Rights Working Group, She worked as a filmmaker and public relations professional in both the private and non-profit sector. As a film maker, she worked on several film projects before founding Alabaster Productions in New York City. She was a founding member of the Imagine-Life Campaign, where she produced several PSAs that aired on CNN, MTV, BET, Comedy Central, MSNBC, Fox News, and ABC Family. Most recently, she produced a weekly one hour news program, Viewpoint with James Zogby, that aired on Abu Dhabi TV and LinkTV.

In 2007, she joined Keybridge Communications, a DC PR firm, as an account executive. She managed print media campaigns, including editing and placing Op-eds and Letters to the Editor in Top 100 papers as well as over 500 Community papers around the country. After Keybridge, Nadine shifted to non-profit communication. She was the Public Affairs Manager at the Arab American Institute, where she focused on communication based advocacy utilizing both traditional and new media as platforms to both activate the base and advocate for issues of importance to the community. Nadine has her B.A. in Psychology from Marymount University.
